We provided full Quantity Surveying services on behalf of the Department of Education for a new Physical Education Hall and ancillary facilities at Royal School Cavan — one of Ireland's oldest schools, with origins dating back to 1611 when it was established under James I as part of the Plantation of Ulster. Today the school operates as a thriving co-educational secondary school under the Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB).
The project involves the delivery of a modern, purpose-built Physical Education Hall with ancillary spaces, with a total sanctioned area of 1,048m², providing students with greatly enhanced sporting and physical education facilities to serve this historic school well into the future.
