We delivered pre-construction services for Millbank Quarter, a landmark luxury residential development in the heart of Westminster, designed by the acclaimed Eric Parry Architects. Located within the sensitive Smith Square Conservation Area, the scheme involved the full demolition of Ergon House — a late 1980s office building — to make way for 108 new apartments across ten storeys, carefully designed to complement the adjacent Grade II listed 9 Millbank, the former headquarters of Imperial Chemical Industries.
The new building's facades draw on natural stone — granite and limestone — alongside glazed ceramic, echoing the grandeur of its historic neighbour while delivering a thoroughly contemporary residential offer. Apartments are finished to an exceptional specification throughout, befitting one of London's most prestigious addresses on the banks of the River Thames. The scheme includes a double-storey basement providing car parking, plant, and ancillary accommodation, ground-floor retail space, and a beautifully landscaped podium area. Residents also benefit from a curated suite of leisure amenities including a spa, cinema, and courtyard and atrium garden spaces
