We provided full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of Nord Anglia International School Dublin (NAIS Dublin) — a premium, contemporary campus located in Leopardstown, South County Dublin, and part of Nord Anglia Education's global network of over 80 world-class schools.

The project involved the complete change of use of a 93,345 sq ft three-storey building in the South County Business Park, formerly occupied by Microsoft, from commercial office to state-of-the-art educational facility. Extensive demolition works stripped the building entirely back to shell and core — removing all internal walls, ceilings, finishes and mechanical and electrical infrastructure — to make way for the construction of 47 classrooms and 16 specialist rooms, including purpose-built design and technology classrooms with CAD Lab Studios, advanced science labs, a recording studio, black box theatre, music pods, dance hall, library, cafeteria, catering kitchen, auditorium, and a dedicated Early Years Centre. The campus facilities were designed in collaboration with world-leading institutions including MIT and The Juilliard School. Externally, the works included the provision of a new floodlit 60 x 40m Category 4G all-weather multi-sports pitch, play facilities and new soft landscaping.

The programme presented a significant challenge — construction commenced in early 2018 with a hard deadline of Practical Completion in mid-July 2018 to allow the school to open its doors on 4th September 2018. That target was achieved, welcoming students from over 60 nationalities to their new campus on day one.
