We provided full Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the delivery of a new 15,000 sq ft sports complex at Nord Anglia International School Dublin's Leopardstown campus — a purpose-built facility designed to complement the school's existing world-class sporting infrastructure, delivered by us in 2018.

The new complex, known as The Edge, provides a full Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) incorporating FIBA-standard basketball, volleyball and badminton courts, alongside a feature climbing wall, fully equipped fitness suite, IB learning and activity rooms, changing rooms, a viewing gallery and ancillary accommodation — creating a truly exceptional sporting and physical education environment for the school's students drawn from over 60 nationalities.

Delivered on an equally demanding programme, construction commenced in January 2019 with Practical Completion achieved on 31st May 2019 — continuing our track record of fast-track delivery for this prestigious client.
