At Haddington House Hotel, a luxury boutique property occupying a collection of Victorian townhouses on the seafront in Dún Laoghaire, we provided full project management and quantity surveying services for a significant bedroom refurbishment programme. The works involved the sensitive reconfiguration of existing bedroom layouts across the second and fourth floors of this heritage building, creating 26 spacious new rooms each designed to make the most of the hotel's exceptional coastal setting, with stunning views over Dún Laoghaire Harbour and Dublin Bay. The result is a collection of beautifully appointed rooms that blend heritage-influenced design with contemporary comfort, fully in keeping with the hotel's reputation as one of Dublin's most distinctive boutique destinations.
