Established in 2015, CARLIN originated as a project management and quantity surveying practice. As the years progressed the practice undertook construction management services, self performing projects on behalf of clients. The business naturally evolved into delivering construction and fit-out projects.

We have grown steadily handling a wide and varied portfolio of work across Ireland and the U.K. and in 2018 expanded to open a head office in Rathnew, County Wicklow. In June 2022, we moved to a larger premises in the heart of Wicklow Town.

CARLIN aims to provide a personal service working collaboratively within a team to achieve a finished project on time and within an agreed budget to meet our clients' requirements and aspirations. With a high level of care and attention to detail, we focus on minimising risk and creating opportunities to maximise the value of our clients’ developments and property assets.

Andrew Carlin MRICS ACIArb / Director

Andrew’s career has spanned over 20 years and has worked on number of prominent projects in London before founding CARLIN.

He has a proven track record of mimimising project costs and enhancing value for money whilst maintaining the highest degree of quality standards.

He has a wide range of experience in the Public and Private Sector, holds a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Ulster and is a chartered member of the SCSI and RICS.

Andrew enjoys taking a hands-on role in projects and believes taking a focused involvement at key stages supported by an experienced team can bring real value to a project.

From the beginning of a project to completion, contact with the Client is closely maintained with Andrew.

Rob Evans Project Manager

Rob is an experienced construction project manager. Rob has worked across an extensive range of projects such as primary schools, nursing homes and residential of various scale from houses to apartments, including high-end residential.

Rob has a particular expertise and interest in the restoration of period properties in conjunction with modern extensions. Rob also recently delivered a complex pharmaceutical project and has an in-depth knowledge of all the relevant trades required to bring a project together, on time and on budget.
